Grebb, Johnson, Reed & Wachsmith, LLP dates back to December 1946, when Harold S. Overland opened a branch office in Ellensburg for the Yakima CPA firm of Boyd Olofson & Co.

The Ellensburg office was originally located in what was then the National Bank of Commerce (now the Land Title Building) at the corner of Fifth and Pearl. In 1954 the office moved to a new building, at Fifth and Ruby, the "Dano-Overland Building," which was divided between the two professional offices of Boyd Olofson & Co. and attorneys Kern, Dano and Cone. Both firms grew to need additional space, and we have retained the whole building since 1969.

In January 1985, Boyd Olofson & Co. de-merged its seven regional offices and the four Ellensburg partners formed Grebb, Johnson, Reed & Wachsmith. Today, we have eight Certified Public Accountants serving a wide variety of businesses and individuals.
